Coffee Liqueur ingredients

  • 4 c Sugar
  • 2 c water
  • c instant coffee
  • 10 coffee beans (whole)
  • 1 fifth of vodka*
  • 1 vanilla bean (2-3 inches)

Cooking Coffee Liqueur

1. Combine water, sugar, and coffee in a saucepan and bring to a full boil.
2. Skimi off the froth and allow to cool thoroughly.
3. Pour into the container.
4. Add vodka, coffee beans (optional but will add a fuller flavor), and vanilla bean.
5. Store in a dark place for 3 weeks.
6. Straini and filter.
7. Ready to serve.
