Cocoa rice pudding

Cocoa rice pudding ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 c Cooked rice
- 1⁄4 c Cocoa
- 3 T granulated sugar replacement
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs; separated
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Cream of tartar
Cooking Cocoa rice pudding
1. Combine cooked rice, cocoa, sugar replacement, vanilla and egg yolks in mixing bowl.
2. Stiri to blend completely.
3. Beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar into stiff peaks.
4. Gently fold eggs whites into cocoa mixture.
5. Pour into a greased 1-qt.
6. Baking dish.
7. Bakei at 350 °F for 15 or 20 minutes or until pudding is set.
