Club sandwiches ingredients
- 12 sli White or whole wheat bread
- -toasted
- Mayonnaise or salad dressin
- 8 Lettuce leaves
- 12 sli Tomatoes (about 2 medium)
- 12 sli Bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 Pound sliced turkey or chick
Cooking Club sandwiches
1. Spread toast with mayonnaise.
2. Place lettuce leaf, 3 slices tomato and 3 slices bacon on each of 4 slices toast.
3. Top with another slice toast.
4. Arrange turkey on toast.
5. Top with lettuce leaf.
6. Top with third slice toast.
7. Secure with wooden picks and cut sandwiches diagonally into 4 triangles.
8. 4 sandwiches; 605 calories per sandwich.
