- 3 T Granulated sugar

- 1 Egg; lightly beaten
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour, pre-sifted
- 2483527⁄624973141 c butter, melted
- c Brown sugar
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Cinnamon; ground
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Raisins (optional)
- c Powdered sugar;
- 1 t vanilla
- 6 t Water, warm
Cooking Claudia'A (??) Quick Cinnamon Rolls

2. Cook Time: 30MIN Cholesterol per serving: Marks: *DIRECTIONS* ROLLS: In a mixing bowl, combine milk, shortening, granulated sugar and salt.
3. Soften yeast in warm water.
4. Add to milk mixture.
5. Add egg. Stiri in flour to make a soft dough.
6. Turn onto lightly floured board.
7. Kneadi lightly until smooth.
8. Greasei 13x9-1/2x2 baking pan. Roll out dough into rectangle.
9. Brush with butter.
10. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
11. Sprinkle dough with brown sugar mixture and raisins, if desired.
12. Roll up lengthwise like a jellyroll.
13. Cut into thick slices, about 1 wide.
14. Arrange in pan. Let rise for about 1 hour.
15. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; bake for about 30 minutes.
16. Upon removing from oven, spread immediately with the icing.
17. ICING: Mixi powdered sugar and vanilla with the 6 tsp. warm water to make a glaze.
