- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 1⁄2 c Red wine
- 2 T Catsup
- 2 T Candied ginger
- 2 T garlic
- 1 T curry powder
Cooking Classic Oriental Marinade
1. Combine ingredients-mix well Cover and chill for 4-96 hours Use as a marinade for meat, poultry, or fish.
