Clams Oregatana Basilico ingredients
- 36 Clams
- T Dry white wine
- Stuffing
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Fresh bread crumbs
- 1 T Fresh basil
- 1 T Oregano
- 2 T Grated romano cheese
- 2 T Minced fresh Italian parsley
- Juice of
- 2483527⁄624973141 Lemon (approx. 2 Tab)
- 1 T Minced garlic
Cooking Clams Oregatana Basilico
1. Preheat oven to 500 F Shucki clams and replace meat on half-shells.
2. Pack about 1 heaping tbs. stuffing on each.
3. Bakei in preheated oven for about 10minutes.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle each clam with a few drops of wine.
5. Return to oven and bake 2 to 3 minutes more, or until lightly browned.
6. Stuffingi: Combine all ingredients by mixing with hands.
