Clams Casino ingredients

  • 24 cherrystone clams
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 T Green pepper, chopped
  • 8 T butter
  • 1 T Lemon juice
  • 6 T Seasoned bread crumbs

Cooking Clams Casino

1. Preheat oven to 450. Open clams and discard top shell.
2. Place clams in a shallow baking pan. In a saucepan, melt 4 Tbsp.
3. butter and saute the garlic and green pepper for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and bread crumbs, mixing thoroughly.
5. Place 1 tsp. of mixture on top of each clam and bake for 10 minutes.
