Citrus Chocolate Sauce

Citrus Chocolate Sauce ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Unsalted butter
- 1⁄8 t Kosher salt
- 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
- 3⁄4 c light cream
- 1 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 t vanilla
- 2 t Orange zest
- 2 T Fresh orange juice
- 1⁄4 t Lemon Zest
Cooking Citrus Chocolate Sauce
1. Combine butter and chocolate in a bowl Set over hot water and stir until melted Remove from heat.
2. Stiri in sugar, until dissolved Gradually stir in salt and cream Set back over hot water and stir until thoroughly blended remove from heat Stir in vanilla, orange zest, orange juice, and lemon zest.
3. Serve warm or at room temperature.
