Cinnamon-raisin muffins ingredients

  • 372529⁄164516864 c All-purpose flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Regular, Quick or Instant
  • -CREAM OF WHEAT Cereal
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 2 T Ground cinnamon
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 Egg; lightly beaten
  • 2 T FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine
  • - melted
  • 11 T vanilla extract
  • 1 c California Raisins
  • 2 T Fruit juice, any flavor

Cooking Cinnamon-raisin muffins

1. In medium bowl, combine flour, cereal, ¼ cup sugar, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine milk, egg, margarine and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
3. Stiri in raisins.
4. Spoon mixture evenly into 12 greased 2 ½" muffin-pan cups.
5. Bakei at 400°F.
6. 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Remove from pan; brush tops of muffins with fruit juice and roll in remaining sugar.
8. Serve warm.
