- 1 c MILK (HOT)
- 1 pk yeast

- 1 t Salt
- 1 Eggs
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour
- c butter, melted
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Cinnamon
Cooking Cinnamon Coffee Yeast Cake
1. COOL THE MILK TO LUKEWARM.
2. ADD yeast; MIX WELL AND LET STAND.
3. MIX butter, SUGAR AND SALT TOGETHER.
4. ADD TO yeast MIXTURE.
5. STIR IN ENOUGH flour TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.
6. KNEAD UNTIL SMOOTH AND ELASTIC ON A LIGHTLY flourED BOARD.
7. PLACE IN A GREASED BOWL, COVER AND LET RISE TILL DOUBLED.
8. TURN OUT ONTO flourED BOARD AND KNEAD FOR 30 SECONDS.
9. ROLL DOUGH OUT TO 1. 4 THICKNESS AND CUT WITH A 2 BISCUIT CUTTER.
10. DIP ROUNDS INTO MELTED butter THEN INTO REMAINING SUGAR - CINNAMON MIX. PLACE INTO A WELL butterED RING MOLD.
11. BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
