Cilantro Pesto for Thai Crab Cakes ingredients
- 1 t Whole black pepper
- 2 T Fresh Cilantro
- 2 T garlic
Cooking Cilantro Pesto for Thai Crab Cakes
1. Using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder, crush or grind the peppercorns to a fine powder.
2. Combine the pepper, cilantro roots, and garlic and work the 3 ingredients into a fairly smooth paste in the mortar or in a small blender or food processor.
3. If you use a blender or food processor, you may need to add a little oil or water to ease the grinding.
