Chutney Turkey

Chutney Turkey ingredients
- 3 lb Boneless turkey breast
- 1⁄2 c chutney
- 8 3⁄4 oz canned peaches in syrup
- 8 1⁄4 oz Canned pineapple
- 1 T currants
- 1 t Cornstarch
- 1 t Honey
- 1⁄4 t Crushed Red Pepper
Cooking Chutney Turkey
1. In medium saucepan, combine chutney, peaches and syrup, pineapple, currants, honey and red pepper.
2. Blend in cornstarch.
3. Bring to boil over medium heat.
4. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
5. Roasti turkey according to package directions.
6. Wrap in foil and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, prepare chutney sauce.
8. Remove foil from turkey.
9. Spoon 1/3 cup chutney sauce over turkey.
10. Slice and serve with remaining sauce.
