Chunky lamb stew ingredients

  • 2 large Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 Carrots, med. size
  • 3 large Potatoes
  • 3 Turnips, med. size
  • 1 lb Lean lamb for stew, 1" cubes
  • 1 T Veg. oil
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1 cn Stewed tomatoes (14 oz.)
  • 1 cn Beef broth
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 3⁄4 t Gravy master or similar
  • 2 T A.P. flour
  • 1 pk Peas, frozen (10 oz.)
  • 2 T Lemon peel, grated
  • 1 T parsley, chopped
