- 3 Carrots, med. size
- 3 large Potatoes
- 3 Turnips, med. size
- 1 lb Lean lamb for stew, 1" cubes
- 1 T Veg. oil
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 cn Stewed tomatoes (14 oz.)
- 1 cn Beef broth
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 t Sugar
- 3⁄4 t Gravy master or similar
- 2 T A.P. flour
- 1 pk Peas, frozen (10 oz.)
- 2 T Lemon peel, grated
- 1 T parsley, chopped
