Chunky Chopped Chicken Liver

Chunky Chopped Chicken Liver ingredients
- 2 lb chicken liver
- 4 lb Onions (3 giant); sliced and quartered
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T butter
- 6 T Vegatable oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 4 Eggs; boiled
Cooking Chunky Chopped Chicken Liver
1. Saut onions on a medium heat with garlic, 2 tb oil, 2 tb butter and water until browned.
2. Remove and set aside.
3. Saut chicken livers with 4 tb oil, 1 tb butter and some of the onions until browned.
4. Livers should be rare and not overcooked.
5. In a mixing bowl mash cooked livers and eggs into small chunks.
6. Add onions and mix together adding small amount of oil if needed.
7. Salti to taste and serve.
