Chunky Black-Bean Chili

Chunky Black-Bean Chili ingredients
- 1 c onions, diced
- 1 c green peppers, diced
- 600 g Ground chuck
- 1 2⁄3 c beef broth -- no-salt
- 2 T Chili powder
- 1⁄2 t Cumin
- 1 t Oregano
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 t Cayenne
- 3 clv garlic -- crushed
- 28 oz canned diced tomatoes -- no-salt undrained
- 38 oz Canned black beans, drained
Cooking Chunky Black-Bean Chili
1. In large pot over med-high, cook first 3 ingredients until browned, stirring to crumble.
2. Drain if necessary, and return to pot. Add broth and next 9 ingredi ents (broth through beans), and bring to boil.
3. Reducei heat and simmer 20 mins or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally.
4. Adjust chili powder to taste.
5. Serve with sour cream and/or crusty bread.
