Chuletas ingredients

  • 4 lb beef, ground
  • 1 c Cheese, parmesan, grated
  • 4 c parsley, minced
  • 1 t Tabasco sauce
  • 6 onions, yellow, chopped
  • 2 t Pepper, black
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 c Bread crumbs, dry
  • 2 t Salt

Cooking Chuletas

1. Mixi all ingredients except crumbs.
2. Form into 30 small balls.
3. Coat balls with bread crumbs.
4. Chill well.
5. Sautei in olive oil three to four minutes.
6. Serve with refried beans and salsa.
