Chuck steak marinade ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c LIVE OIIL
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 1⁄2 c ETCHUP
  • 1 t CHIL POWDER
  • 1⁄4 c Vinegar
  • 1 HEAVY DASH TOBASCO SAUCE
  • 2 t Sweet relish

Cooking Chuck steak marinade

1. Put all the ingredients in blender and blend.
2. pour over a 3 lbs. Chucki steak and cover with a chopped onion,and 3 cloves of minced garlic.
3. marinate overnight.
4. Brush with marinade while grilling.
