- 1⁄3 c Rice
- 1 c water
- 1⁄4 T Salt
- 4 Cabbage
- 1⁄4 lb Chorizo
- 1 bn Green onion
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T Fresh parsley
- 1 T garlic
- 1⁄4 T Hot pepper sauce

1. In saucepan, combine rice, water and salt.
2. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
3. Turn off heat and let sit 10 minutes.
