Chopped liver spread ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Beef liver
  • 2 med Onions
  • 6 eggs, hard-cooked
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 3 T butter, melted
  • parsley

Cooking Chopped liver spread

1. Simmeri liver until tender in water to cover.
2. Drain.
3. Put liver and onions through food chopper.
4. Combine chopped liver and onions with 5 chopped eggs.
5. Seasoni with salt and pepper.
6. Add melted butter, mix well, and pack into a loafpan.
7. Chill.
8. Turn onto chilled platter and garnish with sliced hard-cooked egg and parsley.
9. Serve as a luncheon meat or spread on toast or crackers.
