Chop-chop szechuan ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless pork
  • 1 T Vegatable oil
  • 1 pk Chicken-flavored rice mix (4.5 to 6.9 oz.) prepared according to
  • -- package directions
  • 6 oz Frozen snow peas
  • 8 oz Canned pineapple tidbits
  • -- drained
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c slivered almonds -- toasted
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Red pepper flakes
  • -OR more to taste
  • 2 T soy sauce

Cooking Chop-chop szechuan

1. Slice pork into 1/8-inch strips.
2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork and stir fry until lightly browned.
3. Stiri in rice, snow peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper, and soy sauce.
4. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
5. Microwave oven instructions: omit vegetable oil. Place sliced pork in 2- to 3-quart baking dish.
6. Cover with waxed paper.
7. Cook on high 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
8. Drain liquid from dish.
9. Add rice, snow peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper, and soy sauce.
10. Cook on high 3 to 4 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 2 minutes.
