Chop suey with tuna

Chop suey with tuna ingredients
- 2 Stalks celery, cut small
- 1⁄2 Onions; chopped fine
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 c water
- 2 T water
- 3⁄4 c Rice
- 3⁄4 c Tuna
Cooking Chop suey with tuna
1. Cook celery and onion in 2 tb water over low heat, covered.
2. When tender, remove from heat, add rice, 2 c water, and seasonings.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Turn heat to low and cook covered, until rice is tender and liquid absorbed (about ½ hour).
5. Add tuna.
6. Mixi and remove from heat.
7. Set aside, covered, for a few minutes before serving.
