Cholent

- Main Ingredient: Beef Brisket Barley Potatoes

Cholent ingredients
- 2 lb beef, brisket, frozen
- 1 c Lima beans
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 1 c water
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 t Paprika
Cooking Cholent
1. Lima beans must be completely soft before using.
2. Trim all excess fat from brisket.
3. Combine softened lima beans, onions and water in crockpot; mix well.
4. Add brisket and seasonings.
5. Cover and cook on Low for 16 to 24 hours.
6. Serve slices of meat over limas and onions with the natural juices over all. Serves 4 to 6.
