Chokecherry liquor ingredients

  • 1 qt Chokecherries 1 Fifth gin or vodka
  • 1 qt Sugar

Cooking Chokecherry liquor

1. Place all ingredients in glass jar. Shake every day for 30 days.
2. Drain and bottle.
3. This will taste sweet at first.
4. However, it will be best if allowed to age 6 months.
