Choco-mint brownies ingredients

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Canola oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Self-Rising flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Peppermint extract
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 6 T Cocoa

Cooking Choco-mint brownies

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until all of the ingredients are well blended.
2. Pour into a buttered and floured 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bakei on top rack of a 325 °F oven for 30 to 35 min, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
3. Allow to coll completely before cutting.
4. note: if using a glass baking dish reduce heat to 300 °F to prevent burning.
