Chocolate zucchini cake

Chocolate zucchini cake ingredients
- 1⁄2 c butter
- 2 ea Eggs
- 1⁄2 c Vegetable oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 3⁄4 c Sugar
- 4 T Cocoa
- 2 1⁄2 c flour
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Ground cloves
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 c Sour milk
- 1 c CHOCOLATE CHIPS (6oz.)
- 2 c ZUCCHINI, GRATED MEDIUM
Cooking Chocolate zucchini cake
1. In a bowl, cream the butter and eggs.
2. Add oil, vanilla and sugar.
3. Blend well.
4. Sifti together the cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, and cinnamon.
5. Add butter mixture alternately with milk.
6. Add zucchini and chocolate chips.
7. Bakei in an ungreased 9" x 13" pan, at 325 deg f. for 40 to 50 minutes.
8. There is no need to frost this cake, but you may want to sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
