Chocolate smunchies ingredients
- 1 pk Sugar-free chocolate pudding
- 2 c Non-fat Milk
- 3 c Peanut butter
- 70 Graham cracker squares
- Low-cal whipped topping
Cooking Chocolate smunchies
1. My note: the first time you might want to use just part of the pudding for smunchies.
2. Some whipped topping recipes and mixes freeze ok for a few days but haven"t tested any longer than a week.
3. Mixi chocolate pudding according to directions on package using nonfat milk.
4. Cool thoroughly.
5. Mix peanut butter with pudding.
6. Drop 1 tbsp.
7. onto 1 square graham gracker.
8. Place (1 tbsp ?) low-calorie whipped topping on top of pudding mixture, cover with second graham cracker square.
9. Freeze until ready to use. Each serving - 200 calories, 1 starch, 1 med.
10. fat meat, 1 fat 17 grams carbohydrate, 8 grams protein, 12 grams fat, 142 mg sodium.
