- 600 g Couverture, vanilla
Cooking Chocolate sauce
1. BRING MILK TO THE BOIL ADD THE CHOPPED COUVERTURE,REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND STIR UNTIL THE COUVERTURE IS COMPLETLY MELTED.
