Chocolate pudding parfaits

- All butter pound cake, cubed
- -¼" pieces
- Individual serving size
- -containers refrigerated
- -chocolate pudding, mixed w/
- -a little non dairy whipped
- -topping to desired consis-
- -tency
- Whipped cream
- Pecans, chopped, optional
Cooking Chocolate pudding parfaits
1. For each serving, in a tall parfait glass, place a sprinkling of pound cake cubes.
2. Top w/layer of pudding mixture, then a layer of whipped cream, and pecans.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Refrigerate until serving time.
