Chocolate pudding parfaits ingredients

  • All butter pound cake, cubed
  • -¼" pieces
  • Individual serving size
  • -containers refrigerated
  • -chocolate pudding, mixed w/
  • -a little non dairy whipped
  • -topping to desired consis-
  • -tency
  • Whipped cream
  • Pecans, chopped, optional

Cooking Chocolate pudding parfaits

1. For each serving, in a tall parfait glass, place a sprinkling of pound cake cubes.
2. Top w/layer of pudding mixture, then a layer of whipped cream, and pecans.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Refrigerate until serving time.
