Chocolate pudding cake ingredients

  • 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 1⁄4 c flour
  • 1⁄4 c Salad Oil
  • 3⁄4 t Baking soda
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 t vanilla
  • 1 1⁄4 c water
  • 1 pk (4 oz) Choco pudding mix

Cooking Chocolate pudding cake

1. Melt unsweetened chocolate.
2. In a medium bowl, beat together chocolate, sugar, flour, oil, baking soda, salt, vanilla and water.
3. Beat 2 minutes.
4. Add instant pudding mix and beat only until well blended.
5. Pour into lightly oiled 7 x 12-inch baking dish, and bake at 350
