Chocolate pudding - fruit sweet

1. 3 tbsp cornstarch ½ tsp salt 2 c skim milk ½ c fudge sweet 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla in a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch, salt, and ½ c cold milk.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add 1 ½ c milk, and fudge sweet.
4. Stiri constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
5. * remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
6. Pour into serving dishes.
7. *for a richer pudding: when you remove from heat, pour a small amount of pudding over 2 beaten egg yolks, which have been placed in a small bowl.
8. Return entire mixture to saucepan, cook 2 minutes, then remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
