Chocolate pudding

- Yield:
Chocolate pudding ingredients
- * JAN CARGILL *
- 2 c Milk
- 2⁄3 c Sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 2 T Cocoa (Well rounded)
- Eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- salt (dash)
Cooking Chocolate pudding
1. Mixi dry ingredients, then add milk and beaten egg and 1 tsp vanilla.
2. Cook until thick.
3. Beat smooth and serve with whipped cream.
4. Micro instructions: *** blend sugar,cornstarch,cocoa,salt and flour together.
5. Slowly stir in milk.
6. Micro on high 5-7 minutes(stir every 3 min).
7. Stiri a small amount of hot pudding into beaten egg and return this to pudding, mixing well.
8. Micro at med hi 1-3 minutes (stirring every 1 minute) until smooth and thick.
9. Add vanilla and butter stirring until butter is melted.
10. Pour into 4 dishes.
11. Can be doubled.
12. Pie calls for a doubled recipe but only 3 cups of milk.
13. Remember to adjust times in micro for a doubled recipe.
