Chocolate popcorn fudge ingredients
- 2 c Sugar
- 2 Squares unsweetened
- chocolate
- 1⁄4 c Sweetened condensed milk
- 3⁄4 c water
- 1 1⁄2 c Popped corn, chopped
- 1 T butter or butter substitute
- 1 t vanilla
- 1⁄8 t Salt
Cooking Chocolate popcorn fudge
1. Melt chocolate in saucepan.
2. Add sugar, milk, water, butter, and salt.
3. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238°F).
4. Remove from fire.
5. Add flavoring and popped corn.
6. Cool to room temperature.
7. Stiri until creamy.
8. Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut ini squares.
