- 2 T Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Light corn syrup
- 2 T butter or margarine, melted
- 1 t vanilla
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Flaked coconut
- 2483527⁄624973141 c rolled oats
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Semisweet chocolate chips
Cooking Chocolate Oatmeal Pie
1. 1. For the crust, in a 9 pie plate, combine flour, 1 1/2 t sugar 3/4 t salt.
2. In small bowl, combine oil milk.
3. Pour over dry ingredients in pie plate, stirring till all are moistened.
4. Using your fingers, press pastry evenly over bottom up sides of the pie plate.
5. Set aside.
6. 2. For filling, in a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly till combined.
7. 3. Add 1 c sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla slat.
8. Beat till just combined.
9. 4. Stiri in coconut, oats chocolate chips.
10. Pour into crust.
11. 5. Bakei 350 for 50 - 55 minutes, till center appears ALMOST set when you shake it. Cool on a wire rack.
12. Store in refrigerator.
