Chocolate fondue ingredients

  • 2⁄3 c Dry unsweetened cocoa
  • 1⁄4 t Cinnamon
  • 1 c Skim Milk
  • 1⁄2 t vanilla or almond extract
  • 1⁄2 c Granulated white sugar twin

Cooking Chocolate fondue

1. In a heavy saucepan, combine cocoa, cinnamon and milk; stir or whisk until there are no dry lumps of cocoa.
2. Stiri and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
3. Reducei heat; boil gently, stirring often for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick and smooth.
4. Cool slightly.
5. Stir in vanilla and sugar twin.
6. Pour into a small enamelled fondue pot or heat-proof ceramic bowl.
7. Makes 8 servings of ¼ cup each.
