Chocolate dipping sauce

1. Melt the chips with the shortening over low heat or in the microwave.
2. Stiri until smooth.
3. Dip strawberries (washed & patted dry) or pretzels or peanut butter-cracker sandwiches or dried apricots (you get the idea!!) in chocolate & place on wax paper lined tray.
4. Place in refrigerator until firm.
