Chocolate crepes

Chocolate crepes ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 c Milk
- 1 c water
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 2 T Cocoa
- 4 T Cooking oil
- 1 t Granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 t Salt
Cooking Chocolate crepes
1. Beat eggs in large bowl until frothy.
2. Add rest of ingredients.
3. Beat smooth.
4. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight or at least a few hours.
5. Add milk before cooking if too thick.
6. Pour 2 tbsp.
7. in greased hot cr=eape pan. Tip pan to swirl batter all over pan bottom.
8. Remove when underside is lightly browned.
9. Stack with waxed paper between each cr=eape.
10. Secure in plastic bag to store in freezer.
11. Use as needed.
