Chocolate cream cheese cookies ingredients

  • 1 pk Cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Butter or margarine --
  • Softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
  • 1 pk Chocolate or mini chips
  • 2 1⁄4 c flour
  • 1 1⁄2 t Baking soda
  • 1⁄2 c chopped nuts (optional)

Cooking Chocolate cream cheese cookies

1. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese with butter, egg and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
3. Stiri into batter.
4. Stir in flour, baking soda and nuts, if desired, along with remaining chocolate chips.
5. Drop from tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bakei one dozen at a time in 350 over 10 to 12 min or until firm around the edges.
7. Remove from sheets;cool.
8. Makes 4 dozen.
