Chocolate chip cookies (kitchenaid)

1. Place sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla in mixer bowl.
2. Blend for 2 minutes.
3. Sifti flour, salt and baking soda together.
4. Add to butter mixture and mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds.
5. Stiri in chocolate chips by hand.
6. Drop on baking sheets by spoonfuls.
7. Bakei at 350 deg f. for 8 to 10 minutes.
8. Cool on baking sheet for about 1 minute.
9. Remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
