Chocolate chip caramel cookies

Chocolate chip caramel cookies ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 c flour
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1 c butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 c -firmly packed
- Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 18 Caramels, such as
- Kraft, unwrapped and
Cooking Chocolate chip caramel cookies
1. chopped coarsely : (i cut them in 1/8ths) : 1 c coarsely chopped nuts : (pecans or walnuts) preheat oven to 375. ~ whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. - in a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
4. Then gradually add flour mixture, beating after each addition.
5. - stir in chocolate, caramels, and nuts into dough, till just mixed.
6. - drop rounded tablespoons full of dough about 2 inches apart onto non-stick baking sheets.
7. - bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
8. - cool cookies on baking sheets until firm.
9. makes about 50 cookies.
