Chocolate chip beer and sour cream cake

Chocolate chip beer and sour cream cake ingredients
- 3⁄4 c butter
- 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1⁄2 t vanilla
- 2 c Sour cream
- 3 c Flour-unsifted all purpose
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 3⁄4 c Beer
- ****combine****
- 3⁄4 c Walnuts-chopped
- 3⁄4 c chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 4 T Cinnamon
Cooking Chocolate chip beer and sour cream cake
1. Creami butter and sugar till fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time.
3. Blend well.
4. Add vanilla and sour cream.
5. Blend till creamy.
6. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and beer.
7. Blend well.
8. In a small bowl, combine nuts, chips, sugar and cinnamon.
9. Pour flour mixture into greased and floured tube pan. You may alternate flour mixture then nut and chip mixture.
10. Or you may combine nuts and chip mixture to flour mixture and pour all into pan. I do the latter.
11. Bakei at 350
