Chocolate chip and coconut rum cookies (tc)

Chocolate chip and coconut rum cookies (tc) ingredients
- 1 c All purpose flour ¼ c Granulated sugar 2 tb All
- Purpose flour 1 Large egg, lightly beaten ¼ ts Salt
- 3⁄4 t Vanilla ½ ts Baking soda ¾ ts Light rum 6
- Tb Unsalted butter, softened ½ c Grated coconut ½ c Packed light
- Brown sugar ½ c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cooking Chocolate chip and coconut rum cookies (tc)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Sifti the flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl and set aside.
3. In another bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add the egg, vanilla, and rum. Beat the mixture well.
5. Foldi in the flour mixture, coconut, and chocolate chips.
6. Form the cookies on a baking tray, using a small ice cream scoop.
7. Bakei for about 8-10 minutes.
8. Yield: 24-30 cookies.
