Chocolate cherry cake 2 ingredients
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 1 t Ground cinnamon
- 3⁄4 c Sugar
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 3⁄4 c Vegetable oil
- 21 oz Can cherry pie filling
- 2 Eggs
- 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 c Chopped nuts
- 1 t Baking soda
- Confectioners sugar
Cooking Chocolate cherry cake 2
1. 1. preheat the oven to 350=b0.
2. Butteri and flour a bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan. 2. in a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
3. Mixi well.
4. Stiri in the cherries and their liquid the chocolate chips and nuts.
5. 3. pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour, until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. 4. cool on rack and remove from the pan to cool completely.
7. 5. to serve, sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
