Chocolate Cheesecake Pie 2 ingredients

  • 36 vanilla wafers,in crumbs
  • c Confectioners' sugar
  • c Cocoa
  • c butter or margarine, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz Condensed milk,sweetened
  • 1 c chocolate chips,semi-sweet
  • 2 Eggs
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t vanilla extract

Cooking Chocolate Cheesecake Pie 2

1. Preheat oven to 350'F.
2. Combine crumbs, sugar, cocoa and margarine; press firmly on bottom and up side to rim of 9 pie plate.
3. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then melted chocolate chips.
5. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
6. Pour into prepared crust.
7. Bakei 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill thoroughly.
8. Garnishi as desired.
9. Refrigerate leftovers.
