Chocolate Banana Nut Muffins

Chocolate Banana Nut Muffins ingredients
- 1⁄2 c margarine, softened
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 c Brown sugar - packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1⁄2 c mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1 T vanilla
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 1 T Baking soda
- 1 c Coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 c semisweet chocolate chips (6oz)
Cooking Chocolate Banana Nut Muffins
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
3. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
5. Add to creamed mixture just until combined.
6. Stiri in walnuts and chocolate chips.
7. Fill muffin cups half full.
8. Bakei at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
9. These freeze well for several weeks.
10. To reheat, I nuke them for 30 seconds at 600 watts.
