- 1 c Broccoli
- 1 c Green beans
- 1 Large onion

- 1 c Broccoli Flowerettes
- 4 t Cornstarch
- soy sauce
Cooking Chinese Vegetables A La Florida
1. In large saucepan, combine carrots, celery, broccoli stems, green beans, onion, salt and 1 cup grapefruit juice; bring to a boil.
2. Cover; simmer 8 minutes.
3. Add broccoli flowerets.
4. Cover.
5. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
6. Blend cornstarch with remaining ¾ cup grapefruit juice; pour over vegetables; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
7. Serve at once with soy sauce, if desired.
