Chinese Spare Ribs

Chinese Spare Ribs ingredients
- 1 lb sparerib
- 3 garlic
- 1⁄2 t Ginger
- 1 t Salt
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T Honey
- 1 T Chinese Cooking Wine
- 1⁄2 t Five-spice powder
Cooking Chinese Spare Ribs
1. Remove rind and trim fat from the spare ribs.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bow, add the spare ribs and mix together well.
3. Marrinade for 20 minutes.
4. Half fill a roasting tin with boling water and place a wire rack accros the top of the tin. Place the ribs on the wire rack and roast in a hot oven 400F for 30 minutes.
5. Turn ribs over and brush with remaining marinade and cook for a further 15 minutes.
6. Serve with plum sauce or hoisin sauce for dipping.
