Chinese Rice

Chinese Rice ingredients
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T Oil
- 1 cn chicken broth
- 4 Green onions, cut diagonally
- 1 carrot, thin sliced diagonally
- 1 cn sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T Brown sugar
- 1⁄2 t Ground ginger
- 1 1⁄2 c Instant rice
Cooking Chinese Rice
1. Cook and stir egg and garlic in hot oil, stir contantly to scramble egg and break into pieces Add broth, green onion, carrot, water chestnuts, soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger Bring to boil Remove and cover Let stand 5 minutes Fluff with fork.
