Chinese Red-Cooked Barbecue Pork

Chinese Red-Cooked Barbecue Pork ingredients
- 3 lb Boneless lean pork
- 1⁄4 c Plum sauce
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 3 T white wine
- 2 T Catsup
- 1 T garlic
- 1 T Orange zest
- 1 T Sesame paste
- 1 t Ginger
- 1 t Sesame oil
- 1⁄2 t Chinese five-spice powder
- 4 dr food coloring
Cooking Chinese Red-Cooked Barbecue Pork
1. Combine all ingredients-mix well.
2. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
3. Remove pork to a rack in a roasting pan. Turn over and baste with remainder of marinade.
4. Remove from oven, cool.
5. Use as desired.
