Chinese popcorn mix ingredients

  • 8 c Unsalted popped corn
  • 2 c Chow mein noodles
  • 1 c Peanuts
  • 3 T butter
  • 1⁄2 t Sesame oil
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Lemon juice
  • 1 t Ground ginger

Cooking Chinese popcorn mix

1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. In a lg. Shallow roasting pan, combine popcorn, chow mein noodles, and peanuts.
3. Melt butter.
4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger.
5. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to coat evenly.
6. Bakei for 1 hr. , stirring every 20 mins.
7. Spread on paper towels to cool.
8. Store in airtight container.
