Chinese mustard ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Boiling water
- 1⁄4 c Dry English mustard
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 t Salad Oil
Cooking Chinese mustard
1. Stiri boiling water into dry english mustard.
2. Add salt and salad oil.
3. For yellower color, add a little turmeric.
